Initial audit

As a preamble to the services, Kimpa will carry out a complete audit of your IT equipment. We will carry out an exhaustive diagnosis of your computer park: state of the equipment, software inventory, network architecture, security levels, general performance indicators, etc.

This audit will allow us to get to know the company perfectly, to offer suitable solutions and subsequently ensure all of our maintenance services as efficiently as possible. This audit gives rise to a set of recommendations that will help upgrade your IT and its security.

Site visit

When faced with important problems that cannot be solved by remote assistance, we send one of our technicians to the site.

We intervene within 2 hours maximum for workstations and under 1 hour maximum for servers and network problems. Our team will also intervene for the installation and configuration of new equipment.

Telephone support

All company employees will have access to our technical hotline. As soon as a user is faced with a computer problem, they contact our unique telephone number. A specialized technician will provide a solution to the difficulty encountered, either directly or by taking remote control of the computer.

With telephone support, our customers will benefit from real time savings by keeping your employees' computers operational at all times.


A company's servers require special attention. In order to guarantee the permanent availability of the applications, Kimpa will ensure the maintenance of the servers by remote supervision. We will take care of:

• user rights management

• your messaging settings

• administration of the domain and your network

• print management

We will do real-time monitoring on the main functionalities of your server as part of our preventive maintenance.

Network security

As part of our Outsourcing offer, Kimpa will implement a real security strategy: configured firewall, updated anti-virus, activated anti-spam, etc.

Our outsourcing offer also includes the management of your data backups. We will define a backup strategy according to your constraints and ensure the follow-up.

Follow-up and advice

We will be a source of proposals for the evolution of your architecture, by letting them benefit from our know-how.
